The FreshbiNNs Service Policy
Once we accept your order, your bin will be cleaned every four weeks (assuming availability) until either:
- You inform us that you no longer require our service
- Your account is deemed 'in arrears', at which point the service will be suspended until full payment is received
- FreshbiNNs withdraw the service after giving reasonable notice, refunding all outstanding credits
If you are not satisified in any way with the service provided, contact the FreshbiNNs office, giving full details, and we will investigate your complaint.
FreshbiNNs will in all cases attempt to reach a solution satisfactory to all parties. If appropriate, this may include a refund of remaining credits.
